Sono rimasto estremamente deluso dall'atteggiamento e dal servizio della dottoressa Nancy Todes-Taylor. Ho visto il dottor Todes-Taylor per le condizioni della pelle. Il mio medico curante ha scritto una lettera di riferimento completa e il dottor Todes-Taylor non si è nemmeno preoccupato di leggere la mia lettera di riferimento. Durante la consultazione ho fatto diversi riferimenti alla lettera di rinvio e lei non aveva idea di cosa stessi parlando. Non mi ha dato alcun piano di trattamento né alcun suggerimento su quale potesse essere la mia condizione. Mi ha semplicemente chiesto di rivederla tra una settimana. Quando le ho chiesto quale fosse il suo piano quando sarei tornato tra una settimana, ha detto solo "ci vediamo di nuovo". Sono stato da un certo numero di specialisti e altri dermatologi, è la peggiore in assoluto. Mi ha fatto sentire che tutto quello che voleva era fare soldi e non si curava affatto dei suoi pazienti. Le ho parlato di una crema topica che uso da 4 mesi, non ha funzionato e ho perso fiducia in essa. Tutto quello che ha detto è stato "continua a usare la crema". Non riesco a immaginare uno specialista più irresponsabile. Non andare da lei, è una perdita di tempo e denaro !!
