Il Grande Village è un casino. Ogni anno hanno avuto un nuovo DON e un amministratore. Non c'è continuità nella gestione. La parte più triste è l'attuale staff infermieristico, sia gli infermieri abilitati che gli STNA sono eccellenti. È un management rotante ea volte persone che non sono qualificate per ricoprire le posizioni in cui si trovano hanno letteralmente distrutto quello che avrebbe dovuto essere GV. C'è un DON aziendale e un amministratore recente che ha rimproverato il personale per cose che sostenevano non fossero state fatte, ma era il DON aziendale e l'amministratore che non ha assunto la struttura né ha sostituito i call off. Un venerdì sera dello scorso agosto tutti gli STNA hanno chiamato un venerdì sera e l'amministratore lo sapeva ma non ha tentato di sostituire il personale. Ci vorrà una vera tragedia per accadere a GV come una morte paziente seguita da accuse penali perché Michael Sprenger si svegli o semplicemente gli Sprengers non si preoccupano? Ho lavorato lì per 10 anni e non ho mai perso il lavoro, quindi posso dire in tutta onestà che sembrava che i proprietari fossero molto lontani da tutto ciò che accadeva lì. Sono felicemente andato avanti e non lavorerò più in una situazione del genere. Era pericoloso per le infermiere e le loro licenze. Quando hai due sale di pazienti e la tua direzione ti carica con due o tre ammissioni durante il tuo pass medico serale, porta in TPN e dialisi peritoneale senza personale, cambia le politiche che sono state in atto solo per la loro comodità o assume il capo superiore chi non ha coscienza o conoscenza ed esperienza, il casino era ed è più grande. Mia suocera ha avuto anche un soggiorno di assistenza qualificata nel 2016 e non poteva credere a quale disastro fosse lì. Solo un pasticcio progressivo che peggiora ogni anno. Quando l'amministratore prende in giro un'anziana receptionist che lavora lì perché è caduta e si è ferita nel corridoio, cosa dice del servizio clienti? Semplicemente terribile.

Mio padre ha avuto un'ottima esperienza al Mishawaka Location. La terapia è stata fantastica !!! Tornò a muoversi e a divertirsi!

Sono molto preoccupato per il futuro di questa struttura. È stato fantastico quando mia madre si è trasferita. All'improvviso è cambiato. C'è pochissimo personale infermieristico, 1 persona per riparare 3 edifici ... problemi elettrici, le stanze non sono pronte, pochissime persone che lavorano, le medicine vengono dispensate ogni volta che hanno qualcuno che lo fa. Il segnale di assunzione permanente è stato allarmante: i dipendenti partono per lavori pagando meno. C'è un problema di gestione poiché il profitto governa il giorno. Assicurati di poter essere sul posto per sorvegliare la persona amata qui ... è bellissimo, ma per loro c'è poco aiuto.

Lavoro per questa azienda da oltre 30 anni. In questo periodo ho incontrato delle persone meravigliose e fantastiche !!
