TradottoNon c'è spazio per la crescita. Se Splash riesce a farti entrare a un (stipendio ridicolmente sottomercato), rimarrai lì. La struttura dell'azienda non ha crescita, non c'è scala da salire. Siediti e fatti lavorare fino alla morte finché non sei svuotato. Il compenso è ben al di sotto del valore di mercato per la posizione e non ci sono benefici. Non c'è 401k, non c'è assicurazione sanitaria. Dicono che c'è, ma le franchigie e i premi sono così alti che è più economico solo ottenere un piano individuale.
L'equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata è orribile. Le aspettative sono alte e tu sei ritenuto responsabile di ogni aspetto del tuo cliente, pur non essendo adeguatamente formato o avendo risorse sufficienti per completare tutte le attività. Il motto di Splash è superlavoro fino a quando non ce la fai più, e da allora la tua autostima è deragliata.
L'alta dirigenza non si preoccupa dei dipendenti. Ogni volta che si apre una nuova posizione, ottengono così tanti candidati che non c'è motivazione per il mantenimento. Se noti, la maggior parte dei dipendenti non è lì da molto tempo. La ragione è che le persone guardano attraverso Splash dopo aver lavorato, non lo sopportano più e poi se ne vanno. Tuttavia, quando se ne vanno, Splash è manipolatore e astuto. Hanno servito lettere di cessazione e desistere, la loro non concorrenza è scandalosa.
Perché lavorare per un'azienda che non riesce a trattenere il talento e lo inibisce?
Il mio consiglio: non candidarti, non accettare offerte, ti lavorano troppo, sovraccaricano il tuo piatto di clienti e non hanno simpatia. Sto cercando di trovare presto una nuova posizione e quando mi dimetterò non firmerò il colloquio di uscita (che usano per mantenere efficace la loro non concorrenza).
