2 set di porte a soffietto installate nell'ottobre 2020 da un'altra azienda ma prodotte da SPD. Non abbiamo avuto altro che problemi con le porte dall'installazione, dal far entrare l'acqua ai colpi quando il tempo è ventoso e le porte non si chiudono correttamente. La società di installazione ci ha indirizzato al produttore (SPD) 6 mesi fa e stiamo ancora aspettando che qualcuno venga a riparare.
Sono stato più che paziente e ho chiamato sia la società di installazione che SPD su base giornaliera/settimanale senza successo. La società di installazione ha anche cercato di entrare in possesso di SPD per nostro conto, ma stiamo ancora aspettando che qualcuno esca e sistemi.
Servizio post vendita terribile!
Voglio solo che le mie porte siano riparate ora che è giugno 2021!!
