Ho avuto diversi problemi da quando mi sono trasferito in questo appartamento. Il primo era l'uomo arrabbiato che cercava di trovare la ragazza che viveva lì prima di me. Ho chiesto di cambiare le serrature o di aggiungere un catenaccio e mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato curato... non lo è mai stato. Il vecchio frigorifero fornito con l'appartamento è morto. Ci è voluta una settimana per sostituirlo, il che significava che ho perso tutto il cibo che avevo. Poi ho avuto una perdita che aveva un odore orribile e ci sono voluti diversi giorni prima che fosse riparata. Più di recente, la mia elettricità è stata interrotta anche se era inclusa nell'affitto. Sono rimasto senza corrente per 2 giorni. Tutto quello che ottieni in risposta è "mi dispiace". Nessuna offerta per sostituire mai il cibo perso. Nessuna offerta in caso di interruzione dell'affitto per mancanza di corrente per 2 giorni. Mai un'offerta di sconto sull'affitto poiché non sono rimasta nell'appartamento diversi giorni a causa del cattivo odore. Im sorrys non sostituisce il cibo acquistato. Non sono la persona più esigente, ma queste cose sicuramente mi danno fastidio.

Non affittare da queste persone e non lasciare la tua proprietà con loro !!! Cindy è una psicopatica che nessuno sa cosa stanno facendo e ti ruba i soldi. ATTENZIONE

MOLTO lento a rispondere a e-mail e messaggi vocali durante il processo di noleggio e trasferimento. Nessuna risposta ai problemi con la proprietà locata una volta firmato il contratto di locazione. Informazioni vaghe sull'intenzione del proprietario della proprietà, lo stato dell'estensione, ecc.

Ci siamo trasferiti da Buffalo, ma volevamo mantenere la casa che era stata acquistata nella zona di Kenmore/Tonawanda come investimento. Ora, sembra che la società stia intascando i soldi che la proprietà guadagna poiché non ci sono stati depositi sul conto bancario per due mesi. In concomitanza con questo, c'erano state "fatture" e "dichiarazioni" che Cindy ci aveva inviato indicando che c'era un deposito in banca eppure magicamente non era mai apparso sul conto. Inizieremo un procedimento legale e troveremo una nuova società di gestione. Sono completamente disgustato da loro e consiglio a chiunque stia considerando di usare questa compagnia da remoto per girarsi e correre!
