NON INCORAGGIARE! Ci sono voluti 4 mesi per rimborsare il mio deposito, lasciandomi 2 mesi senza notizie e poi 2 mesi in attesa di un rimborso di $ 30. Quando ho detto in un messaggio che l'ho trovato molto ordinario. La responsabile dell'account instagram di Spa Brasil ha iniziato a dire di aver perso il messaggio e che prima di giudicare/criticare; $ 30 non erano davvero niente per lei (Cinthia). Nessun servizio clienti e nessun senso degli affari. Sono uno studente e ho dovuto correre dietro a loro per il mio deposito. Lì solo per profitto e non sono molto presente quando c'è un problema!

NON ANDARE LI! Ci sono voluti 4 mesi (e più messaggi da parte mia) prima di rimborsare il mio deposito di 30 $ indietro (a causa della contemporanea chiusura del covid). Nessuno mi ha risposto fino a quando non ho inviato su come non era giusto che un'azienda smettesse di rispondermi. La persona responsabile dell'account Instagram di Spa Brasil ha quindi iniziato a dirmi come ha perso TUTTI i miei messaggi precedenti (da febbraio e siamo all'inizio di giugno) e che non avevo bisogno di criticare nulla perché 30 $ non erano nulla da rimborsare per lei. Nessuna attenzione al servizio clienti e alle leggi commerciali. Sono uno studente e mi ci è voluto tutto per avere un messaggio da loro anche mentre pubblicavo storie e cose del genere. Servizio di qualità davvero scadente + mi ha insultato per aver chiesto un rimborso così "non costoso" dopo avermi ignorato per 4 mesi LOL
