Questo è un fantastico gruppo di fornitori di anestesia. CRNA e dottori molto premurosi e competenti. Mi sentivo molto a mio agio con l'essere affidato loro.

È stato operato nel 2013 e ha scritto loro una lettera cercando di prendere accordi di pagamento su ciò che l'assicurazione non ha pagato perché ero un genitore single e non potevo permettermi di pagarlo per intero. L'hanno mandato a un avvocato e vogliono portarmi in tribunale e comunque farò accordi di pagamento. Penso solo che sia stato ridicolo considerando che mi sono offerto di prendere accordi e pochi anni dopo vogliono farmi causa per la stessa cosa.

Darei loro uno zero se potessi. Mi è stato detto che avevo bisogno di un intervento chirurgico, quindi ho contattato Ortho RI, South County Hospital e CIGNA (la mia orribile assicurazione) prima dell'intervento, e tutti mi hanno detto che l'intervento sarebbe stato coperto dalla rete.

Apparentemente il fornitore di anestesia (South County Anesthesia Associates) era fuori rete, ma nessuno mi ha informato di questo fino a dopo il mio intervento chirurgico, quando la mia fattura è stata inviata agli incassi per la fatturazione del saldo.

Dal momento che CIGNA mi ha male informato, dovrebbero pagare South County Anesthesia Associates come in rete e il gruppo di anestesia dovrebbe essere disposto ad accettare le tariffe in rete, poiché non hanno fornito il consenso informato sulla loro fatturazione fuori rete prima della procedura .

Ho già eseguito la procedura di ricorso e sono ancora vittima della fatturazione del saldo. Non consiglio NESSUNA delle parti sopra menzionate. Soprattutto South County Anesthesia, mentre aspetto la loro chiamata in merito ai miei problemi con loro!
