Uno dei peggiori servizi finanziari / clienti con cui abbia mai avuto a che fare! Addebitare ai clienti fedeli ciò che non dovrebbero, non controllare il loro sistema, non informarti di eventuali cambiamenti nelle spese, si limitano a prendere i tuoi soldi senza farti sapere e quando provi a riaverli ti ignorano totalmente !!!

Grazie Raj per aver sistemato tutto per me e apprezzo il tuo aiuto in questa faccenda.
Abbiamo discusso i problemi che ora sono stati risolti, ma in generale come azienda dovresti esaminare il tuo team di assistenza clienti e forse aumentare il numero di persone che assumi in quel reparto.
