Nel 2011 ho avuto la mia prima esperienza presso la struttura di idroterapia del colon Skye Wellness di Laura Lombaugh. Inutile dire che la mia esperienza è stata incredibile. Non avrei mai pensato che il risultato delle mie prime 3 sessioni consecutive con lei avrebbe cambiato completamente la mia vita. Stavo per fare la mia prima colonscopia e la mia figlioccia, Is'mima (ora deceduta) mi aveva detto di trovare una struttura che offrisse idrocolonterapia e di fare alcune sessioni prima della mia colonscopia. Dio benedica la mia figlioccia in paradiso per i suoi consigli e la struttura Skye Wellness di Laura Lombaugh. Ho fatto le mie 3 sessioni di idrocolonterapia e ho continuato a fare la mia colonscopia. La colonscopia è stata un successo. I medici hanno detto che non c'erano polipi o altro. E non ho dovuto fare un'altra colonscopia per 5 anni.
Ma le buone notizie non si sono fermate qui. Dopo aver fatto l'idrocolonterapia allo Skye-Wellness a Walnut Creek, ho notato che tutto il mio corpo ha iniziato a cambiare ancora. Ho iniziato a perdere peso e mi sentivo molto meglio. Sono diventato più consapevole di come mangiare, cosa mangiare e quando mangiare e non mangiare determinati cibi. Laura è tutto questo e altro ancora. Mi piace particolarmente che quando parliamo di qualche problema di salute con cui sto lottando, lei mi invia subito un'e-mail con risorse e informazioni che posso controllare da solo. La sua clinica è sempre tranquilla, rilassante e molto, molto pulita, il che è molto importante per me. La consiglio vivamente, soprattutto per coloro che non hanno mai provato un colon prima d'ora. Il suo approccio gentile è un'idea per i neofiti!
