Skydive utilizza un servizio di prenotazione in Georgia per prenotare i loro viaggi Skydive. Il servizio di prenotazione mi ha completamente fuorviato per quello che stavo prenotando per un amico che sta morendo di cancro e voleva fare paracadutismo prima che fosse troppo tardi. Mi hanno detto che avevamo programmato un viaggio di paracadutismo per 2 persone a 15 minuti da dove stavamo, quando in realtà erano 70 miglia. Ho chiamato la compagnia Skydive direttamente alcune ore prima del nostro salto, che mi ha detto che lo avrebbero annullato e che posso lavorare con la compagnia di prenotazione per ottenere il nostro rimborso. La società di prenotazione non è stata altro che orribile da affrontare. Sono stato sminuito, insultato e ho ricevuto il servizio di customer experience più ORRIBILE della mia vita. Dopo che mi è stato detto che stavo mentendo sul fatto che mi davano la distanza sbagliata, alla fine hanno ammesso il loro errore, ma non hanno rimborsato i nostri soldi. Ho finito per parlare con il proprietario di Skydive della mia esperienza e della mia richiesta di rimborso, che mi ha detto in modo molto professionale ma pratico che il mio problema con la società di prenotazione che usa è un mio problema non suo. Sento che questa compagnia si è approfittata di una ragazza di 26 anni morente a cui è stato mentito e ha rifiutato un rimborso. Si sono offerti di onorarlo per un futuro salto, ma probabilmente non lo vedrà mai. Penso che quando la società di prenotazione non si assumerà la responsabilità delle loro tattiche di vendita fuorvianti, il proprietario dell'azienda dovrebbe avere. Mi ha detto che non gli importava nemmeno di esaminare la mia esperienza, anche data la nostra situazione. Ralph Hatley è il proprietario di Skydive, come mi ha detto al telefono. La società di prenotazione ha registrato le conversazioni della mia esperienza e gli ho chiesto di rivederle in modo che possa sentire come trattano i suoi clienti. Ha detto molto chiaramente che non era interessato al "mio" problema del servizio clienti. Non solo è stata un'esperienza di servizio clienti davvero scadente, tattiche di vendita fuorvianti per prendere soldi da qualcuno che sapevano stava morendo, il proprietario ovviamente non ha compassione. Non consiglierei mai questa compagnia a nessuno.
