TradottoIl software va bene. Tuttavia, per 9 mesi mi è stata promessa l'integrazione tra questo software e la mia segreteria sociale. Mi è stato quindi assicurato nel gennaio 2020 che l'integrazione sarebbe stata completata entro la fine di febbraio. A febbraio ho la certezza che sarà pronto a colpo sicuro entro la fine di marzo. A marzo mi è stato detto che dovremo aspettare fino a giugno. A giugno Skello mi dice che è davvero dispiaciuto ma che tutto sarà pronto entro la fine di agosto e che questa scadenza è sovrastimata (quindi che tutto dovrebbe essere finito a luglio, la scadenza di fine agosto consente un 'sicurezza '). Siamo alla fine di settembre e quindi sono qui da 9 mesi che aspetto uno sviluppo che mi era stato promesso a gennaio ... da allora ho perso decine di ore di lavoro a causa di manipolazioni che sarebbero state evitate dal dis sviluppo .
È così che trasformi un cliente felicissimo, ambasciatore della tua azienda, in una persona piuttosto amareggiata per l'esperienza offerta da Skello.
Insomma, il software è ottimo ma non fate l'errore di credere che possano adattare il software alle vostre esigenze. Se ti promettono scadenze, sappi che non verranno rispettate.
