Inoltre, questa banca vanta da molti anni una gran parte degli errori di sistema che hanno colpito e influenzato molti. (Citato tempo fa su SVT news) Tex. Con le loro carte Visa collegate a questa banca, a molti è stato detto che le scuse "non sono consentite" anche se ci sono abbastanza soldi sul conto collegato. Non pochi sono rimasti senza benzina nel cuore della notte in una stazione senza equipaggio. Questo è successo diverse volte nella nostra famiglia di recente. Le promesse che ci sono problemi temporanei non vengono mantenute.
Non solo, la banca discrimina i pensionati che chiedono prestiti ipotecari. Un parente anziano che non ha mai avuto problemi finanziari e disponeva di buone finanze non ha nemmeno ricevuto risposta alla richiesta di un piccolo prestito di fondo. Dept reclami ha lasciato la risposta "purtroppo la tua richiesta non è consentita". Può prendere in prestito presso un'altra banca più grande che si comporta anche in modo piacevole.
I giovani senza pianificazione finanziaria possono prendere in prestito il 70-80%, un ex insegnante di matematica in pensione con "carboni ardenti" sulle finanze, ma pensioni basse a causa di molti anni di lavoro straniero, non ricevono nemmeno un prestito inferiore del 20% della valutazione.
