TradottoOrribile. Volevano farmi pagare una cifra esorbitante per percorrere 18 km. Mi hanno chiesto se volevo continuare con l'ordine al quale ho detto di no. Hanno comunque addebitato la mia carta di credito e non posso contattare nessuno che lavori effettivamente per l'azienda, solo il loro call center per rimborsare i miei soldi. Si sono persino rifiutati di parlare con Mastercard per provare a risolvere questo problema.

Ho ordinato fiori per la festa della mamma, pagato con il mio visto online. Ho ricevuto un'e-mail nei giorni successivi in cui si diceva che non potevano evadere l'ordine ma mi avrebbero rimborsato i soldi. Nessun problema.
Ottimo vero? Un mese dopo e diverse e-mail, ancora nessun rimborso per $ 112,00.
Mi è stato detto 3 settimane fa che hanno spedito un assegno. Ha spedito un assegno ?? Ok strano, ma ok. L'assegno non è ancora qui, non credo stia arrivando. Non sono sicuro del motivo per cui non avrebbero semplicemente rimborsato sulla carta che avevano originariamente addebitato.
Risparmia energia, vai altrove.
Vivo in Sud Africa e non posso più permettermi di inviare fiori in dollari. Ho ripetutamente richiesto che Simon Says Flowers mi rimuova dalla sua mailing list, ma continuo a ricevere spam con posta indesiderata nonostante le richieste online e molti, molti, molti tentativi di bloccare la posta indesiderata. Ogni volta che blocco i messaggi di posta da questo provider, un bot di posta genera un nuovo indirizzo del mittente e mi inonda di spam. Non userò MAI, mai, MAI questo fornitore MAI più perché non segue i protocolli standard di marketing online e trovo che il suo spamming sia invadente e offensivo. RIMUOVI PER LA TUA LISTA DI POSTA - ORA E PER SEMPRE!
