Questa azienda ha pulito le finestre dell'edificio accanto a casa mia. Hanno messo una scala in cima alle mie piante nel giardino del mio cortile e hanno camminato su tutte le piante, appiattendole / schiacciandole. Quando li ho affrontati, uno dei membri dell'equipaggio è stato molto scortese. Volevo solo scuse. Invece, ho ottenuto "Fai quello che devi fare". Ho chiamato l'ufficio e ho parlato con la responsabile dell'ufficio, Daniella. È stata molto gentile, ma non si è scusata. Circa 10 minuti dopo, uno dei membri dell'equipaggio (Juan) si è avvicinato e si è scusato.

Non c'è niente che l'azienda possa fare per riparare il danno che è stato fatto al mio giardino. Le piante vengono distrutte per questa stagione e dovrò solo aspettare fino al prossimo anno per godermi uno di quei fiori. Una semplice scusa da tutte le parti coinvolte sarebbe stata sufficiente per impedirmi di scrivere questa recensione negativa.

Raccomandazione a questa azienda: bussa alle porte dei vicini e coordinati con loro se prevedi di camminare nella loro proprietà. Avrei potuto risolverlo con loro in modo che potessero arrivare alle finestre di cui avevano bisogno senza distruggere le mie piante. E se sbagli, ingoia il tuo orgoglio, ammetti di aver commesso un errore e chiedi scusa.

Questa azienda ha pulito le finestre del mio condominio oggi. Essendo il mio appartamento all'ultimo piano, ho sentito tutto quello che hanno fatto sul tetto sopra il mio appartamento, dal far cadere attrezzature pesanti, a tutte le imprecazioni e le parolacce che seguirono. Hanno anche continuato a sbattere contro le finestre ad altissimo volume, il che è stato di disturbo per la chiamata di lavoro che stavo facendo. Non riesco a capire perché la pulizia delle finestre richiederebbe quasi di martellarle.

Azienda molto poco professionale per cui lavorare e mentono sull'avere certificazioni. Tutti i dipendenti non hanno la certificazione richiesta e hanno una retribuzione molto bassa per una persona in formazione considerando che ti faranno lavorare su edifici di oltre 30 piani o migliori
