Io e il mio partner saremmo stati nuovi - e ripeto - clienti di Shimp Optical se non fosse stato per il fatto che il loro processo di fatturazione e pagamento è arbitrario, inflessibile e datato.
Abbiamo una copertura completa della vista nell'ambito del nostro piano assicurativo. Il giorno dell'appuntamento ho portato la tessera dell'assicurazione e la carta d'identità perché è ciò che la maggior parte dei posti richiede. E nonostante avessi con me la tessera assicurativa più il numero di instradamento e il numero di conto del nostro conto di risparmio sanitario (praticamente tutto MA la tessera di risparmio sanitaria stessa), apparentemente era quasi impossibile per Shimp semplicemente fatturarci il nostro co-pagamento. L'assenza di un moderno sistema di fatturazione rende difficile e scomodo fare affari qui, quindi non consiglierei Shimp Optical ad amici o familiari
NON è più di proprietà della famiglia Shimp. Il servizio è quasi nullo. Non tornerò indietro.
