Ho comprato un bollitore per l'acqua 12v e dopo 3 è andato in valigia. Inviato un reclamo tramite il loro sistema, non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Immagino che non si preoccupino del servizio clienti.
TradottoQuesta azienda funge da punto di contatto per il marchio Valma. Con un reclamo su un prodotto di Valma, mi sono rivolto al loro reparto di assistenza prodotti. Il trattamento era decisamente abissale; hanno semplicemente detto: "scusate per l'inconveniente". Il mio suggerimento di inviarmi un prodotto sostitutivo non è stato accettato. Insomma, la mia lamentela riguardava il fatto che il prodotto mancasse delle presunte proprietà e - in effetti - cercavo di farsi fare un giro su un prodotto con lo stesso (!) Nome di un altro produttore (Turtle Wax), che godeva di un'ottima reputazione tra gli intenditori. Che il prodotto Valma non soddisfaceva i requisiti è evidente dal fatto che è stato ritirato dal mercato. la mia denuncia non è stata presa sul serio. Non c'è stato alcun tentativo di accontentarmi. La gestione dei reclami è gravemente inadeguata in questa azienda.
