Perché stanno prelevando denaro dal mio conto, strano perché non ho mai impostato un addebito diretto

Ha preso soldi dal mio conto per oltre un anno senza alcun contratto, non ha mai rilasciato una tessera o altro (ero stato un membro di una palestra diversa che utilizzava Serco per raccogliere i pagamenti 3 anni prima, quindi immagino che abbiano ottenuto i miei dettagli da lì). Ho detto alla mia banca che ha poi reclamato i miei soldi e ho ricevuto una lettera dal team di appartenenza che diceva che erano d'accordo con la mia richiesta di risarcimento, quindi passa da MS S Khamkar che ha iniziato bene, ma quando ho poi inviato la lettera avevo detto la persona che aveva inviato non aveva l'autorità e lei avrebbe indagato ulteriormente. Ora ho aspettato tre settimane e non ho sentito nulla e l'ho inseguita quattro volte. Nella mia ultima conversazione è stata molto scortese ed è chiaramente una degna di lavoro con poche abilità sociali
