Ho visto molte recensioni contrastanti ed è ora di chiarire le cose. Ho lavorato per Selman logging per circa un anno, durante il mio tempo lì sono stato trattato professionalmente e TUTTI con cui ho lavorato sono stati utili e SEMPRE hanno avuto tempo per me. Sì, il lavoro è duro, sì, il programma non è eccezionale, tuttavia questo vale per l'intero giacimento petrolifero, non illuderti !!! Ma qui è dove sta la differenza; questa è un'azienda a conduzione familiare, diventi parte di una squadra che è strettamente pignola e l'etica del lavoro è fondamentale. Non sei più un numero di migliaia !! Sei parte integrante di un sistema che fa affidamento su di te per svolgere il tuo lavoro ed essere affidabile! Questo non è un posto in cui ti perdi nel sistema e il tuo allentamento è calcolato in media dalla somma di tutto !! Sul lato positivo, quando eccelli nella tua prestazione, non è nemmeno una media e persa! Sei notato e ricompensato per questo !!! La mia separazione dall'azienda è stata dovuta al trasferimento, non alla soddisfazione! Amavo il mio lavoro e mi divertivo! Non aver paura di lavorare sodo! Più investi più sarai ricompensato! è così semplice!! Se vuoi solo un lavoro ... vai altrove, se vuoi una carriera ISCRIVITI !!! I vantaggi sono pari ai migliori nel mondo degli affari. Per riassumere, ottieni tutti i vantaggi di una grande corporazione senza nessuno degli svantaggi! Fatti un nome, esci e dimostra di cosa sei capace, questo è un posto dove sei limitato SOLO da quanto sei disposto a mettere!

Fanno una cosa molto bene.
Il resto lo fanno da soli e cambia di giorno in giorno. Molte recensioni sono negative. I proprietari sono brave persone ma la famiglia no E la maggior parte dei dipendenti è famiglia. Prendi da questo quello che vuoi. E se hai scelto di lavorare per loro ti auguro buona fortuna ma c'è un motivo per cui c'è un tasso di turnover del 90% per questo posto.

Un'azienda a conduzione familiare molto poco etica, priva di morale quando si tratta di soci. Si allineano nella categoria "parla il discorso ma non cammina", basta ottenere i tuoi accordi per iscritto. Tutto ciò a cui sono interessati sono gli animali della fattoria di Tom.

Questa azienda ha la reputazione di LA peggiore compagnia di disboscamento di fango dell'intero stato del Texas.
