Abbiamo avuto problemi ormai da 6 mesi i nostri portachiavi non funzionano. È sempre a caso. La nostra società di gestione degli edifici continua a chiedere scusa e sw-24 continua a cambiare la "scheda madre" ma ancora non funziona nulla.

NON USARE - TERRIBILE

Sono inquilino in un edificio "monitorato" da SecureWatch24. A maggio sono stati rubati più di 50 pacchetti e si rifiutano di fornire filmati agli inquilini o al gestore della proprietà. Ho chiamato metà o inviato un'e-mail almeno dieci volte e vengo semplicemente ignorato o mi viene detto che qualcuno mi richiamerà. Infine, qualcuno a SecureWatch24 mi ha detto che avrebbero fornito il filmato se avessi chiamato un agente di polizia per richiedere il filmato. Ora, per oltre una settimana, il NYPD ha chiamato e inviato un'email per ottenere il filmato e stanno ignorando la polizia! Oggi hanno detto che non consegneranno i filmati di sicurezza che li paghiamo per fornire a meno che la polizia non ottenga un'ordinanza del tribunale.

Quindi, per rivedere, il nostro edificio paga i soldi dell'azienda per registrare le aree comuni nel nostro edificio. Ma non forniranno quel filmato agli inquilini, alla direzione dell'edificio o alla polizia. Ancora peggio, non possono nemmeno essere disturbati a rispondere.

Il servizio clienti peggiore in assoluto che abbia mai avuto in tutta la mia vita. Il mio sistema ha avuto problemi per 6 giorni ormai. Continuano a darmi da fare e devono ancora aiutare !!
