Abbiamo usato Delizioso per il nostro matrimonio, il cibo era buono e anche i servizi di Jeff la sera erano piacevoli. Ecco dove finisce.
Il servizio prima e dopo il matrimonio è stato orribile, lavorare con Jeff è stato un vero incubo. Le cose che ha promesso come attività commerciale locale sorridente in fondo alla strada non sono chi è o cosa rappresenta affatto. Eravamo stati avvertiti da alcuni altri residenti di Stittsville che non era un'azienda facile con cui lavorare, avrei voluto che avessimo ascoltato.
L'elenco dei reclami è troppo lungo, ma in breve se avessi intenzione di utilizzare questa azienda cercherei subito altrove. È stato davvero un sapore terribile che ci è rimasto in bocca dopo quello che è stato un matrimonio eccellente, è davvero un peccato.
Fatti un favore ed evita il mal di testa.
Non ho ricevuto risposta quando sono andato per un preventivo, né ho ricevuto una chiamata di ritorno quando ho chiamato. Invece sono andato con Grenfell a organizzare un matrimonio :( sono rimasto deluso da questa azienda perché speravo in un feedback e per supportare un'attività locale nella mia comunità.

Io e mia moglie eravamo preoccupati di non avere il tempo di provare le nostre app nel grande giorno, ci avevano promesso che ne avremmo avuto un po ', nessuno di noi ne aveva. Quando si è confrontata a questo dopo l'evento, invece di scusarsi, Shannon ha praticamente attribuito la colpa al suo cameriere dicendo "Piatto di tartine degli sposi. Ho preparato io stesso quel vassoio di granito misto. Il mio cameriere che mando sempre agli sposi e la festa di matrimonio è stata inviata da me personalmente. Era Amanda e l'ho vista uscire mentre le foto venivano scattate "questa è una citazione diretta dalla sua risposta e-mail.
Dopo la conclusione dell'evento, mi aspettavo che le fatture sarebbero state liquidate abbastanza rapidamente. Ho chiesto informazioni su questo dopo l'evento e mi è stato detto che dovrebbe essere uno o due giorni in cui avremmo avuto altri eventi quel fine settimana. Bene. Passa una settimana e niente. Domando di nuovo. Oggi o domani. Passano 2 giorni ... meno che impressionato da questo punto. Ho inviato un'e-mail e ho definito questo comportamento non professionale. Nel giro di un'ora il proprietario Jeff mi ha chiamato per farmi una conferenza sulla mia "verbosità" errata della parola non professionale ... ironico dal momento che questa telefonata era super professionale Jeff ... e credo che non rispettare più linee temporali sarebbe la definizione di non professionale.
Potrei andare avanti ma hai un'idea!
Nel complesso non vale lo stress e il mal di testa.
Mi sono sentito obbligato a scrivere una recensione dopo aver visto tanti commenti negativi. In tutta onestà, questa società di catering è stata utilizzata al nostro matrimonio (@stonefields) circa 7 anni fa. La nostra esperienza è stata del tutto positiva. Ricordo ancora di aver fatto una degustazione di campioni nel loro negozio a Stitsville. Tutto ciò che abbiamo provato è stato fantastico, è stata un'ottima esperienza. Quel sentimento è continuato anche nel giorno della partita. Posso ancora assaggiare le orrende di colpi di bistecca, incredibile! Il nostro piatto principale era incredibile e anche la stazione di poutine a tarda notte è stata vincente. Nel complesso siamo estremamente soddisfatti del delizioso e del loro personale.

Abbiamo avuto gli stessi identici problemi, tranne che il piatto principale del nostro matrimonio era terribile. Jeff, il proprietario, ha evitato le nostre chiamate ed e-mail per quasi un mese e alla fine ci ha richiamato solo dopo che gli abbiamo comunicato che eravamo disposti a intraprendere un'azione legale. Stava trattenendo la nostra fattura rivista e le bevande rimanenti. Quando finalmente abbiamo ricevuto una fattura rivista, ci ha fatto pagare per i liquori che non avrebbero nemmeno dovuto essere sul nostro bar!
Non abbiamo mai sperimentato un servizio clienti così pessimo e siamo stupiti che possa gestire un'attività come lui.
