Schottenstein Property Group possiede e gestisce il centro commerciale Madonna Plaza a San Luis Obispo poiché lo uso da oltre 30 anni, ma negli ultimi 3 anni abbiamo avuto un problema di senzatetto a vagare nel centro commerciale 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 senza una guardia di sicurezza in servizio, assolutamente nessuna sicurezza. Abbiamo persone che dormono nelle loro auto ogni singola notte senza che nessuno dica loro che devono andarsene. Poi c'è il negozio di alimentari che vende l'alcol quando questi senzatetto comprano l'alcol e fanno del parcheggio e della parte anteriore dei negozi un parco giochi per dormire, litigare, mendicare, ecc. ogni singola notte quando ci sono segnali che indicano che non è possibile pernottare in campeggio nei veicoli. A che serve apporre cartelli se nessuno ascolta e due, perché non c'è alcuna sicurezza sulla loro proprietà per proteggere i clienti e gli inquilini da questi senzatetto di passaggio? È pericoloso e non è sicuro di notte quando ci sono diverse attività aperte di notte e nessuna sicurezza è là fuori per proteggere le persone. È una tristezza ed è negligenza di Schottenstein Property Group per non aver fornito sicurezza sulla propria proprietà. Chiamano il dipartimento di polizia solo una volta in una luna blu, ma si trovano in Ohio, non in California per preoccuparsi di vedere quanto sia trascurata la loro proprietà, semplicemente non si preoccupano delle persone che fanno affari nel loro centro commerciale, ma hanno detto ripetutamente avrebbero assunto la sicurezza negli ultimi due anni ancora e ancora, ma non c'è niente. È come se continuassero a mentire alle persone, ma la risposta è che a loro non importa. È un peccato che questa proprietà fosse ben tenuta, ma erano i proprietari precedenti che la possedevano, ma Schottenstein l'ha acquistata, ha aumentato l'affitto di tutti e ha licenziato la sicurezza lasciando il posto un casino per crimine. Quindi sto scrivendo la mia recensione in quanto deve essere condivisa su quanto sia pessima questa società di gestione. Gli inquilini ei clienti sono arrabbiati in questa società di gestione perché tutti chiamano e si lamentano ma non viene fatta una cosa per risolvere nessuno dei problemi del campeggio, del bighellonare, del bere, del dormire e così via. Un vero peccato.

Vivo negli appartamenti Parkview Arms a Bexley, Ohio, che dovrebbero essere appartamenti di fascia alta, tuttavia c'è un problema prevalente di scarafaggio nonostante la spruzzatura costante. Ottima posizione e responsabile reattivo è che non ti dispiace il problema degli scarafaggi.
