NON USARE SALMAT!

La mia azienda ha incaricato i servizi di Salmat di fornire ca. 40.000 magneti da frigo a fine ottobre 2019.

6 settimane dopo e non un solo lavoro o inchiesta, a parte un residente arrabbiato che si lamentava di grandi quantità del nostro materiale scaricato illegalmente sulla sua proprietà e sul sentiero del comune fuori dalla sua residenza. (vedi immagine allegata)

Ho contattato la direzione ma non sono riusciti a indagare sull'incidente oa rispondere alle mie chiamate. È stata inoltre inviata un'e-mail al Direttore Generale (Matthew Carracher) Come previsto non è stata ricevuta alcuna risposta o comunicazione.

Il loro call center è impostato su filippesi, il che consente alla direzione di filtrare le chiamate che desiderano accettare e rifiutare.

Sono sicuro che Salmat risponderà a questo reclamo con una risposta generica, affermando che esaminerà la questione o si metterà in contatto per risolvere il problema, penso di no!

Salmat fa un lavoro fantastico nella consegna dei cataloghi. Altamente raccomandato

Non sono sicuro che abbiano nemmeno consegnato i nostri volantini. Nessun rapporto, nessun feedback, nessuna telefonata di follow-up da parte dell'azienda. Sono felici di prendere i tuoi soldi e non fornire i servizi.

Facile da individuare, è andato per un colloquio di lavoro finanziario. Di solito roba, spero che sia una buona compagnia lavorare.

Non lavorare per questa azienda. Lavoro da 4 settimane e non sono ancora stato pagato. Continuano a dirmi che i dettagli bancari non sono corretti ma li ho inviati più di 4 volte. Dicono solo che mercoledì prossimo tutti i tuoi soldi saranno sul tuo conto, ma non lo fa mai.
