Sono senza parole mentre scrivo questo. Abbiamo prenotato un "hotel a 5 stelle" a Mykonos, in Grecia, e il posto era forse un 2,5-3. Nessun bar, nessun ristorante, nessun servizio reale e stava cadendo a pezzi. Quindi abbiamo fatto il check-out presto ma abbiamo dovuto pagare migliaia di dollari. SR travel ci ha quindi prenotato in un nuovo hotel, ma poiché praticamente si limitano a raschiare Expedia (sempre cercando di capire perché), il nuovo hotel non aveva disponibilità. Quindi siamo seduti qui senzatetto con 3 bambini su un'isola greca senza opzioni ragionevoli di hotel di fronte a noi. Non ho mai visto una tale incompetenza in un servizio professionale in vita mia. Un disastro dopo l'altro, l'itinerario era ovunque, viaggio assurdamente costoso e così mal organizzato che ora sto valutando un'azione legale.

Ho prenotato un viaggio aziendale tramite S.R. Viaggio per molti anni e per me è stato scioccante come la qualità dei servizi sia diminuita in quegli anni. È stato un cambiamento lento, costante, ma molto visibile che alla fine ha portato alla cessazione dei servizi e al passaggio a un'altra agenzia di viaggi. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare il tuo viaggio aziendale altrove. Non posso parlare di viaggi personali, ma presumo che i problemi di qualità si estenderebbero a tutti i tipi di viaggio.
