Ho acquistato un bagaglio da Rustans Corp durante l'expo di viaggio a SMX lo scorso 10 febbraio. Ho dato la mia carta bancomat bdo alla cassa per un pagamento con addebito. Per farla breve, il cassiere incurante ha strisciato la mia carta due volte senza dire una parola, la prima per un importo sbagliato, quindi il secondo per l'importo corretto. Sfortunatamente, quando ho controllato il mio conto, entrambi gli importi sono stati addebitati e il servizio clienti di Rustans non si è nemmeno preoccupato di chiamarmi quando ho chiamato per lamentarmi. Questa certa Rochelle ha continuato a mandare messaggi e mi ha persino dato una scusa sciocca che è il POS che aveva un errore di sistema. Ciao!!! La tua cassiera mi ha detto che ha annullato l'ammontare sbagliato ovviamente perché ha inserito un importo sbagliato. Ora devo inseguire la mia banca per ripristinare l'importo addebitato !! E poiché hai utilizzato una posizione mastercard, il tempo minimo di attesa per convalidare l'incidente è di 40 giorni. Una tale seccatura che hai creato !! E per una grande azienda come la tua, il servizio clienti era molto scarso !! Molto molto deludente !!!!!

La cattiva compagnia marciava alla vecchia maniera.
