Clare Reed (Digital Informatics & Analytics Manager) e Mark Coker sono stati negligenti e poco professionali durante il reclutamento per un ruolo nel loro team per questi motivi:
1) Quando ho già risposto ad alcune delle domande di Clare nella mia domanda, lei ha affermato che non l'ho mai fatto e non le ho mai prese in considerazione, il che era decisamente fuori servizio perché mi è costato il lavoro!
2) Mark mi ha continuamente interrotto durante le mie risposte e non stava prestando attenzione pensando a come sarebbe intervenuto, non riuscendo a farmi finire il che ha interrotto la mia concentrazione e la mia prestazione.
3) Le specifiche del lavoro e l'annuncio differivano moderatamente da quanto emerso durante il colloquio, che era decisamente fuori luogo in quanto fuorviava i candidati.
4) C'erano domande mal formulate con false implicazioni nel test, ma la sciocca di Clare mi ha segnato per questo anche quando avevo ragione!
Evita queste persone, non vale la pena lavorare con loro!
