Rochman Design-Build ha costruito un'importante aggiunta alla nostra casa nel 2014-15. Era uno spazio progettato per un genitore anziano che potrebbe poi diventare una master suite al primo piano e una camera familiare. I nostri obiettivi e desideri per il design sono stati ascoltati attentamente e il risultato finale è spettacolare.

Il nostro sito ha presentato molte sfide, poiché si trova sul bordo di un burrone e lo spazio disponibile era poco pianeggiante, sia per l'accesso con attrezzature di movimento terra, sia per lo stoccaggio dei materiali. Ciò ha richiesto una grande quantità di creatività da parte della squadra della fondazione e del nostro falegname capo.

La comunicazione, così importante per noi, è stata coerente durante tutto il progetto. Sapevamo cosa sarebbe successo ogni settimana e siamo stati tenuti aggiornati sui costi mentre il progetto andava avanti. L'alta qualità del lavoro e l'attenzione ai dettagli erano evidenti in tutto il progetto. Abbiamo ritenuto che tutti in azienda fossero interessati a fare in modo che il progetto andasse bene e a fare il miglior lavoro possibile.

RDB è stata anche molto attenta ai nostri vicini durante tutto il progetto; abbiamo ricevuto molti complimenti per il design e per come si adatta bene al quartiere.

Siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra nuova aggiunta e lavoreremmo di nuovo con RDB!
