Ha fatto l'esternalizzazione 15 anni fa. Ti trattano come bambini, quindi invece di comportarti come un adulto responsabile, ti comporti come un bambino perché ti trattano come tale. Ho fatto qualcosa come un laboratorio di rifugio qui a Siracusa e ti trattano come un adulto più responsabile e mi sono comportato come un adulto. La riabilitazione di Rochester è la peggiore che ti dico.

Questo è molto più di un lavoro, ho visto persone che potrebbero o meno lavorare in un ambiente industriale a causa della loro classificazione, ma erano concentrate sul lavoro ma in grado di socializzare con i colleghi e costruire relazioni.
