Mi ha sostenuto nel mio periodo più difficile fino a quando non sono entrato in contatto con un altro consulente traumatologico a lungo termine al Women's College Hospital. Più tardi vorrei entrare in contatto con la mia consulente, ho sentito che ha lasciato il suo lavoro ed è andata da qualche altra parte.
Mi sono sentito male per aver visto la recensione negativa qui poiché il personale qui è stato ansioso di aiutare i clienti.

Mi ha detto di stare lontano da qui se volevi essere uno staff o un volontario poiché non è un buon ambiente per lavorare lì. Hanno davvero bisogno di una nuova leadership o il tasso di turnover del personale è molto alto. Tuttavia, il personale qui è molto cordiale e professionale. Per il personale, darei 5 stelle. Ho portato via 2 stelle a causa di altri problemi in questa agenzia.
