Invece di suggerire un orario specifico, mi chiede di andare su Pipedrive per prenotare del tempo con lui. Bene, Pipedrive richiede un login. Puoi iscriverti per una prova gratuita e ricevere chiamate di vendita di follow-up da Pipedrive (che è quello che ho fatto). Tutti quegli sforzi per "vedere la sua disponibilità".
8/10 dopo - Dato che Pipedrive non ha funzionato per me, ho inviato un'e-mail chiedendo a che ora funziona per lui per incontrarsi. Nessuna risposta.
11/8 - Seguito con un'e-mail che chiede se può chattare al mattino. Nessuna risposta.
Nel frattempo: ho provato a chiamare il numero che hanno indicato sul sito. Nessun ritiro.
11/8 - Dando loro il beneficio del dubbio, ho provato a far funzionare nuovamente Pipedrive. Risulta che se accedo tramite cellulare anziché desktop, posso vedere la sua disponibilità senza bisogno di effettuare il login. Ho prenotato 13:30-14:00 che mostra disponibile sul suo calendario
8/11 dopo - la riunione è stata riprogrammata all'8/12. Bene, forse è stato un preavviso troppo breve.
12/8 - Sette minuti prima dell'incontro, viene riprogrammato di nuovo al 13/8 senza spiegazioni.
A questo punto, tutte le comunicazioni sono state automatizzate con avviso di riprogrammazione. Nessuna scusa, nessuna risposta personale, nessuna spiegazione.
Se sei un imprenditore e questo tipo di cultura e attitudine è ciò che cerchi nella tua agenzia partner, Ripen è una scelta eccellente per te. Altrimenti ci sono molte altre agenzie professionali sul mercato.
