TradottoHo speso quasi $ 1000 per un fucile subacqueo, per essere spedito con un difetto noto. Soldi sprecati entrando in un rodeo e non potendo usare la pistola che ha iniziato a funzionare male alla prima immersione e solo a peggiorare. Nota: il difetto era che l'asta non si posizionava correttamente e la pistola sparava letteralmente da sola. Riffe sta aggiustando le armi, ma credo che questo sia il minimo indispensabile che potrebbero fare in questa situazione. Il rappresentante del servizio clienti a cui ho scritto per il reclamo è stato scortese e mi ha detto che ero stato informato del problema e che non avrei dovuto dipendere dalla pistola. Non sono stato informato che le pistole stavano sparando da sole, mi è stato detto che POTREBBE esserci un problema nell'ottenere la sede dell'albero, non qualcosa di così pericoloso come le pistole che sparano a caso. Ho sempre sentito parlare molto bene di Riffe come azienda, ma sono molto deluso dal trattamento che ho ricevuto da loro in questo caso.

Mi ha incaricato di scattare foto e acquisire la prova di acquisto. Ero certo che fosse uscito dalla garanzia, era già vicino ad un anno e mezzo dalla mia data di acquisto. Onestamente ho pensato che sarebbe stato un costo di tasca. Ma no, queste signore si sono prese cura di me, senza fare domande. La cosa migliore è stata la rapidità con cui Jill, Jacky e Julie si sono occupati del mio problema come squadra. Ho vissuto localmente, quindi ho visitato il loro quartier generale, ho incontrato queste persone simpatiche e ho visto il front-end della loro operazione. Il modo in cui queste signore hanno gestito il mio problema mi dice che Riffe si prende cura dei propri clienti e sostiene i propri prodotti. Mi hanno reso un fedele cliente Riffe. Alla fine mi è stato consegnato un nuovissimo Drifter Utility Pack e sono andato via felice come può essere!
