Il mio specialista renale nello stesso edificio mi ha indirizzato a vedere il dottor Ash. Ho aspettato 5 settimane per il primo appuntamento disponibile che dovevo andare di persona a prendere quando ho tentato di fissare l'appuntamento per telefono, l'addetto alla reception si è rifiutato di prendere l'appuntamento e ha insistito sul fatto che non prendevano la mia assicurazione (aetna ppo), che in fatto. Quindi sono andato di persona per fissare l'appuntamento, il personale della reception era così sgradevole e scortese, mi ha dato un biglietto per l'appuntamento per l'1 / 1 alle 14:00. Sono arrivato all'edificio bradhurst 11/1 alle 1:45 ma non sono riuscito a trovare parcheggio per 15 min. Sono arrivato in ufficio alle 2:03 in punto. Dopo aver completato i miei documenti e aspettato 10 minuti, l'addetto alla reception è venuto a dirmi che DR. Ash ha affermato che poiché ero in ritardo di 20 minuti ho dovuto aspettare fino a quando non avesse visto prima il resto dei suoi pazienti e che sarebbe stato intorno alle 16:00 o avrei potuto riprogrammare. Intendiamoci, ero in ritardo di 3 minuti. Non potevo aspettare un altro mese per un appuntamento, quindi ho aspettato (avrei dovuto partecipare a un pranzo di lavoro prolungato e non sono mai tornato al lavoro) Il dottor Ash non mi ha visto fino a dopo le 17:00! Quando ho spiegato la situazione al DR. sembrava incredula. Nel frattempo, mentre stavo aspettando lì, più pazienti sembravano tutti scioccati dall'orribile servizio di reception. Una coppia di anziani ha aspettato nella sala d'attesa per un'ora prima che le 2 donne della reception iniziassero a litigare su chi le avesse registrate e da quanto tempo fossero state lì. Il dottor Ash ha fornito un esame di qualità ed è stato piacevole. Mi ha indirizzato a vedere un neurologo e ha specificato al suo talentuoso personale della reception che voleva che mi prendessero un appuntamento con il neurologo entro 2 settimane. L'ufficio del dottor Lee (neurologo) non aveva la disponibilità, quindi la reception è stata incaricata di contattare DR. Lee direttamente per farmi entrare. L'addetto alla reception mi ha detto che mi avrebbe chiamato il giorno seguente quando avesse sentito DR. Lee le ho chiesto il suo nome in modo da poterlo seguire perché avevo la forte sensazione che il compito non sarebbe stato completato. Non mi ha mai dato il suo nome. Ecco, sono passati 2 giorni e non li ho più sentiti. Quindi chiamo l'ufficio amministrativo per presentare un reclamo e che ne sai, ricevo una chiamata. Purtroppo ho interrotto la chiamata a causa del servizio scadente. Circa un minuto dopo ricevo un messaggio vocale dal supervisore dell'ufficio Denise (che avrebbe dovuto essere assente per la giornata) e la prima cosa che dice in tono ostile alla segreteria telefonica è che ho riattaccato e che la richiamo. Richiamo da rete fissa e NON con mia sorpresa "non è disponibile e posso lasciare un messaggio". NON PUOI CREARE QUESTO PERSONE. NON POSSO credere che queste siano le persone con cui hai a che fare quando si tratta della tua salute! Sono oltremodo disturbato ea questo punto troverò un'altra pratica. Grave spreco di tempo quando ho seri problemi di salute e mi sento malissimo per tutti gli altri pazienti che ne soffrono!
