Ho iniziato il mio contratto di locazione nell'agosto del 2017. NON è stata eseguita una panoramica della lista punch. Gli infissi sono storti come molti altri problemi ... sono piccoli ma fastidiosi !!

REVISIONE DOPO UN ANNO - VAI ALTROVE !!! TERRIBILE!! I problemi non vengono mai risolti ... La direzione ti mentirà in faccia. Inoltre, per 8 mesi mi sono lamentato della stufa ... non funzionava correttamente. Mi è stato detto che non ero abituato al gas. Sì, lo sono. Non hanno ascoltato. Un venerdì di circa 2 mesi fa ho detto che temo persino di usarlo ... Lunedì sera, fuoco - Distruzione di forno e microonde e ci sono volute 2 settimane per la sostituzione del fornello e 3,5 per il microonde. Uffa. Guarda altrove accendi The Heights.

Vivo qui da circa un anno e mezzo e mi diverto moltissimo. Il personale è cordiale e la manutenzione è molto reattiva. La posizione è ottima - c'è un bel sentiero dove puoi camminare proprio in centro, ed è anche a pochi passi da alimentari e altri negozi. I soffitti alti e le grandi finestre sono molto belli. Anche se il mio appartamento è proprio accanto alla sala pesi, non lo sento mai al mio posto (solo quando sono fuori nel corridoio), quindi è abbastanza tranquillo. Dog friendly e le grigliate sono fuori in estate.

Polvere estrema sui ventilatori a soffitto, insetti nei vetri delle finestre, piastre dell'interruttore della luce incrinate o mancanti. È stata solo una terribile esperienza terribile e consiglio vivamente di non trasferirti in questi appartamenti.
