vorrei poter lasciare 0 stelle .... ma eccoci qua ... questo ufficio è difficile da raggiungere, gli operatori sono spesso scortesi e condiscendenti, la qualità del prodotto è incostante .... purtroppo la nostra assicurazione ci limita a questo ufficio e un altro locale ... non sono mai stato contento di Reed Vision e ora che è Promedica Reed Vision ... il servizio clienti ha raggiunto un nuovo minimo ....

Pochi anni fa hanno addebitato più di me e mia moglie, abbiamo chiamato e parlato con loro più volte e ogni volta ci hanno assicurato che l'errore sarebbe stato risolto. Quindi siamo ancora perseguitati da questo errore perché è andato a un'agenzia di recupero crediti. Hanno provato a farci pagare per le cose coperte dall'assicurazione e ci hanno detto che non avremmo pagato il nostro contributo. Sappiamo tutti che non lasciano che nessuno se ne vada senza che venga pagato il loro contributo. Non userò mai più la visione Reed.
