Ho fatto lavorare Recon sia dentro che fuori casa mia. I miei danni esterni sono passati tutti attraverso la mia assicurazione. Bill è stato ESTREMAMENTE disponibile nel trattare con il perito. Li ho consigliati e continuerò a farlo!

Terry e John ci hanno entrambi aiutato a tornare a casa dopo un incendio. Il pezzo finale stava rifinendo il nostro pavimento del garage e sembra bellissimo. Li chiamerò di nuovo per aiutare con altri progetti di ristrutturazione della casa.

Onestamente, se potessi dare loro meno di 1 lo farei. Dal momento in cui il mio regolatore di Allstate ha accompagnato Terry da Recon attraverso la porta, avrei dovuto sapere di non usarli. Tutto è stato una lotta con loro dall'inizio alla fine. La comunicazione è stata orribile, è arrivato al punto che persino il mio perito ha controllato vedendo che era quello che mi ha costretto a usare il suo appaltatore "suggerito". Non so se hanno pensato che se avessero fatto quello che volevano sarei stato d'accordo alla fine e avrei lasciato perdere, ma hanno finito per mettere giù un pavimento che era la metà della qualità del mio piano precedente. A loro spese hanno finito per strapparlo e infine per posare il pavimento originale che avevo chiesto. Li avevo avvertiti che le misure erano sbagliate nella mia cucina che il granito non si sarebbe adattato .... "Mi sbagliavo" fino a quando il granito non si adattava e avevano bisogno di sostituire il granito con un nuovo granito per adattarsi ... è stato fuori casa mia per 3 mesi mentre ci lavoravano. Sono tornato indietro a giugno ea novembre li avevo fatti uscire due volte per riparare 2 muri che si erano fessurati e diverse assi che si erano già separate sul pavimento .... O migliora 5 mesi dopo essere tornati a casa i mobili che hanno installato nel bagno al piano di sopra la linea di alimentazione ha rotto e allagato di nuovo parti del primo piano .. In questo momento l'indagine è ancora in fase di elaborazione per determinare se è stato un errore umano o se è stato un errore di parte del produttore. Durante questa pulizia con un nuovo stampo aziendale è stato scoperto il NUOVO sottofondo che era stato appena posato in precedenza da Recon 5 mesi prima. Allstate ha inviato un esperto di stampi che ha stabilito che la muffa era della prima alluvione e che il sottopavimento era stato posato sul cemento ancora bagnato che poi ha causato la formazione della muffa. C'era anche della muffa trovata nel bagno al secondo piano che avevano anche solo rimodellato. Stesso problema non lasciare asciugare l'opera prima della posa del nuovo sottofondo. Se non fosse stato per questa seconda inondazione, non avremmo mai scoperto che la mia casa si è formata così rapidamente dalla muffa dal lavoro che era stato appena fatto 5 mesi prima da Recon. Quindi tutto ciò che Recon ha fatto a casa mia la prima volta viene ora rimosso e sostituito. L'incubo che non se ne andrà ... Non riesco nemmeno a esprimere quanto sia orribile affrontarli e vedere la mia casa squarciata di nuovo fa a una lavorazione non corretta.
