Fino a quando la banca R aveva inspiegabilmente deviato tutto a un ufficiale giudiziario. Poco prima di Natale tutto è stato ripagato in una volta e dopo una settimana ho chiamato per chiedere se posso usare di nuovo il mio account. Dopo diverse volte di attesa e trasferimento, ci stiamo lavorando, la prossima settimana il t sarà risolto e la tua registrazione BKR verrà cancellata. Richiamato di nuovo dopo 8 giorni lavorativi, scusa, è occupato .. sii paziente! Richiamato dopo una settimana .. nessun dipendente qualificato disponibile, verrai richiamato oggi. Richiamato di nuovo dopo 24 ore, ci scusiamo .. è molto impegnato ma lo sistemerò per te .. dopo qualche minuto di attesa ... Signore, si è risolto con max un'ora il tuo account è di nuovo attivo e tutto torna normale. Chiamato di nuovo dopo 24 ore .. sempre lo stesso, account bloccato e ufficiale. Spiegò cosa mi era stato promesso e dopo aver atteso di nuovo: Signore, un account che è un conto ufficiale giudiziario non potrà mai essere utilizzato di nuovo, dovrai aprire un nuovo account. Pfft, ok arrabbiato e di nuovo seriamente deluso dalla comunicazione e i dipendenti della banca R hanno aperto un nuovo account tramite RaboApp. Fortunatamente ho ricevuto una lettera dalla banca R il giorno successivo; Signore, d'ora in poi puoi usare di nuovo il tuo conto bancario senza ........ e tutto funzionerà di nuovo normalmente. Guardo subito ... Indovina un po '... Ancora fattura dell'ufficiale giudiziario.
Alla fine risolto, ho dovuto aprire un nuovo account e per alleviare tutti i guai ho ricevuto un KlusVon del valore di 10 euro!
