Ho chiamato dieci società per un preventivo sull'esecuzione di un Land Survey Plat (LSP) a causa di una controversia sulla proprietà. Ho parlato con Mark Gabert al telefono. È stato molto gentile e paziente. Ha spiegato l'intero processo di cosa aspettarsi dall'inizio alla fine, nonché quale sondaggio sarebbe stato necessario per il tribunale. Non ne ero a conoscenza ma il sondaggio è depositato presso il Comune ed è valido a vita. È possibile completare le indagini di miglioramento, ma l'LSP segnerà definitivamente i confini della proprietà e verrà posizionato un contrassegno formale. È stato molto chiaro sulla disponibilità del loro calendario e in anticipo sul loro costo. Erano la mia prima scelta, ma a causa del tempismo, siamo andati con un'azienda diversa perché potevano iniziare prima. A causa della natura della controversia, il coinvolgimento della polizia e una nuova recinzione in sospeso - il tempo è stato il fattore n. 1 per la nostra decisione.
