Supporto assolutamente orribile.
Il supporto di livello 1 raramente è in grado di rispondere alle mie domande. L'assistenza di livello 2 non è quasi mai disponibile nel momento in cui chiamo e deve richiamarmi. Le chiamate da parte loro variano da 1 ora a TRE SETTIMANE dopo. Se riesci a ottenere supporto di livello 3, allora sei d'oro. Il livello 3 è solitamente in grado di risolvere immediatamente qualsiasi problema che non coinvolga i programmatori. Ma devi superare il livello 1 e il livello 2 prima di ottenere il supporto di livello 3.
Non sono sicuro che i programmatori esistano davvero. Se trovi un bug? Sì, arrenditi a meno che il bug non blocchi ripetutamente e costantemente la tua rete e non puoi evitarlo. Le richieste di parlare con i programmatori vengono rifiutate. I bug vengono completamente ignorati quando segnalati. (Ho un elenco di 15 bug, molti dei quali sono presenti nel programma da oltre 2 anni).
Il sito web di supporto è stato un enorme scherzo nel corso degli anni. Per oltre un anno, il forum non ha nemmeno accettato nuovi post. Recentemente ha accettato i messaggi, ma non ha mostrato le risposte. Ho appena controllato di nuovo e finalmente sono visualizzate le risposte ... ma la mia risposta di 4 mesi è "in attesa di revisione".
