Non userei mai più questa compagnia !! Il loro software sembra fantastico finché non ti rendi conto che è pieno di bug e deve essere costantemente "riparato" dai loro esperti di software. Questo è un sistema DOS in esecuzione sotto Windows. Dopo quasi sei anni di bruciore di stomaco, finalmente l'ho tolto e sono andato a Demco.

Insistono per farti pagare per ogni telefonata, anche se il tuo sistema è inattivo ei clienti sono bloccati nella tua memoria. Se potessi dare loro uno 0 lo farei.

Ottimo software fino all'aggiornamento di Outlook il mese scorso. Sono state necessarie due settimane di supporto per risolvere i problemi di fatturazione e ho dovuto cambiare provider di posta elettronica per risolvere il problema. Sono state necessarie fino a 24 ore per il supporto per rispondere. Il supporto del computer ha rimosso il componente di fatturazione automatica che era nel software originale quikstor express dicendo che non doveva mai essere un componente, anche se l'ho usato per 7 anni. Con il componente di elaborazione automatica andato, è necessario elaborare manualmente tutte le fatture? Mi aspetto che l'elaborazione automatica della carta di credito faccia lo stesso. Se vuoi l'automazione nel tuo software non scegliere questa QSL.
