Il dottor Hayes è un chirurgo fenomenale. Ho eseguito 2 procedure da lui, una nel 2014 e un'altra a dicembre del 2019. I suoi modi al capezzale sono eccezionali e va ben oltre per assicurarsi che tu sia il più a tuo agio possibile, prendendosi il tempo per rispondere a qualsiasi domanda tu abbia. Sono sempre stato trattato con gentilezza nei loro uffici, sia di persona che per telefono. Tutto il personale e gli infermieri sono così dolci e accurati. Puoi dire che sono orgogliosi di quello che fanno.

Mi è stata rimossa la cistifellea. Anche se ci è voluto del tempo per la diagnosi (non per colpa del dottor Shaw), la procedura è stata esattamente come dichiarato. Molto soddisfatto del Dr. Shaw e del suo staff!

Ho avuto un'esperienza terribile oggi, sono andato per un consulto e nessuno è mai venuto a trovarmi ... Tutti gli altri clienti sono stati serviti e sono tornati di fretta per vedere i dottori .. Ho aspettato più di un'ora e ho chiesto all'addetto alla reception 3 volte quando sarebbero venuti con me ?? Ha detto che avevano solo 2 dottori oggi >> Non so perché mi trattassero in modo diverso .. ero anche l'unica persona di colore nella lobby ... Ancora nessuna chiamata o scusa per questa ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE !!! NON CONSIGLIO QUESTO POSTO ...
