Fanno pagare per le lezioni (non ti informano sempre di questo prima del tempo), sono stato con il programma per un anno durante l'affitto. Possedevo una casa prima e sapevano che non ero il proprietario di una casa per la prima volta e non ero qualificato per quel tipo di assistenza, ma ero idoneo per altri aiuti di acconto (mi è stato detto). Volevo essere pronto per ottenere una casa prima che il mio contratto di locazione fosse scaduto in quel momento sarebbe stato di un anno e mezzo. Purtroppo quando ho iniziato a fare domande su quando posso iniziare a cercare casa. La risposta dei miei consulenti è stata molto vaga, in questo momento mi sono insospettito e ho scoperto dal mio broker che ero pronto ad acquistare una casa nel periodo di tempo necessario prima di rinnovare il contratto di locazione. Il mio tempo era quasi scaduto e la prosperità mi dice che passeranno ancora alcuni mesi dal rinnovo del contratto di locazione prima di poter iniziare a cercare una casa. Il mio consulente non potrebbe mai dirmi quanta assistenza avrei ricevuto. Ho finito per pagare più di 1.000 su un contratto di locazione mensile. L'intero calvario è stato molto stressante. Ho scoperto che My non era corretto su alcune cose che hanno portato il proprietario a intervenire ea rivedere ciò che abbiamo fatto in un anno. Ho dovuto usare i miei 401 k per pagare il mio acconto e le spese di chiusura per scoprire dopo un anno di lavoro con prosperità che non ero affatto idoneo per il programma perché avevo più entrate. Ero gravemente deluso dal programma e mi chiedevo quanti altri lo facessero anche loro. Grazie a Dio sapevo cosa fare e ho seguito il mio istinto o avrei perso l'opportunità di ottenere una casa favolosa in un'ottima posizione. Prego che gli altri che seguiranno questo programma per favore facciano i compiti prima di lasciare che si tolgano il merito. Questo programma dice alle persone che non è necessario un ispettore. Sì! Assicurati di avere soldi da parte nel caso in cui questo programma lasci cadere la palla o tutto il tuo duro lavoro non è per niente. Ho incontrato più persone che non erano così fortunate e all'ultimo minuto mi è stato detto che avevano bisogno di un ispettore e che la borsa di studio è finita e che la prosperità non può aiutare con l'assistenza per l'acconto.
