Oggi sperimento un pessimo servizio clienti, stavo chiamando un anziano che vive in una delle proprietà e mi sono sentito così frettoloso come se stessi sprecando il tempo della giovane donna. Ovviamente persone del genere passano sempre il problema a qualcun altro di cui prendersi cura, dicendo subito "devi parlare con un altro dipartimento o un'altra persona" solo così non devono preoccuparsi. Ritengo che un buon servizio clienti sia difficile da trovare in questi giorni, ai clienti piace sentire che la loro chiamata è importante, proprio come il lavoro delle persone è importante per loro. Non consiglierei nessuna delle loro proprietà non perché gli appartamenti non siano belli ma perché sono persone ORRIBILE senza RISPETTO per i loro CLIENTI / inquilini. O le leggi per i proprietari. Come mentire sull'accesso di emergenza. E l'accesso a apt senza alcun avviso o notifica all'inquilino. Ancora 5 mesi e addio
