Mio marito è stato in ospizio Pro Health per circa 3 mesi, fino alla sua morte. L'infermiera dell'ospizio era premurosa e gentile. A causa del Covid non è stato consentito al CNA assegnato di venire al SNF. La gestione del dolore era appropriata. L'assistente sociale è stata gentile, ma ancora una volta non è stato permesso di visitare dopo la metà di marzo. Quando avevo bisogno di un'infermiera nel fine settimana, erano reattivi. PRO HEALTH ha aiutato in un momento molto difficile.

Esperienza orribile. NON fornivano morfina al mio genitore morente. Era così terribile.
Non avevano assegnato qualcuno e il. Quando qualcuno si è presentato con più di un giorno di ritardo non aveva idea di come prendersi cura di mio padre.
Ho chiamato e chiesto a qualcuno di aiutarci e l'aiuto è arrivato 3 giorni dopo. Non avevamo idea di avere altre opzioni
