Terribile la peggiore esperienza di sempre. Non lavorare mai per un'assistenza progressiva, i manager fanno il prepotente con il personale e li fanno lavorare e lavorare senza tenere conto che bruceranno il loro personale. Il personale è enorme e l'azienda corre sui soldi che ricevono dai lavoratori quando se ne vanno chiedendo loro di ripagare tutta la formazione che era obbligatoria. Onestamente sono scioccato che nessuno abbia mai cliccato sul fatto che questa organizzazione ha sempre un lavoro in corso perché è così che fanno soldi.
Ho dato loro 0 valutazione e per favore non lavorare mai per loro.

Da quando ho lasciato Abbeyfield, centro di valutazione della famiglia, sono tornato a farci visita. Mi piaceva lavorare lì, quindi non vedevo l'ora di tornare e fare del volontariato per loro.
Al mio ritorno, non ho visto altro che grandi cambiamenti, dalla ridecorazione ai cambiamenti nel servizio fornito ai clienti. Il nuovo manager ha fatto un lavoro straordinario rendendo il servizio il suo orgoglio e divertimento.
Ci sono molte recensioni negative su questo servizio, ma vorrei incoraggiare qualsiasi individuo che lavora sodo a provarlo, so che se lavori duramente per loro otterrai supporto e gratitudine.
È bello vedere il servizio prosperare così tanto.
