Corri, non camminare dietro a questa boutique. Ho comprato due vestiti in linea in questo negozio. Hanno rifiutato il ritorno affermando che c'era un intoppo all'interno del vestito. Dato che non ho mai provato l'abito, mi sono lamentato con la compagnia della mia carta di credito e mi hanno rimborsato i soldi. Sono entrato in loro con mia moglie e il mio bambino di 1 anno su un passeggino. Era una giornata ventosa ed eravamo un disastro.
Ho trovato divertente che il personale non ci prestasse alcuna attenzione perché non eravamo vestiti come se fossimo lì per comprare una borsa da 1900 $.
Ci ha detto di andare al piano di sotto dov'era la borsa e dare un'occhiata. L'addetto alle vendite ha effettivamente iniziato ad aiutare un cliente che è entrato dietro di noi, vestito più come qualcuno che avrebbe acquistato.
abbiamo aspettato circa 20 minuti, poi è arrivato il socio. Le ho detto che volevamo vedere delle borse. Ha detto che li prenderà e poi è scomparsa per altri 10 minuti. Alla fine un altro membro dello staff che lavorava nella stanza sul retro ha tirato fuori le borse, le ho chiesto se aveva la PS1 chiedere in hardware dorato, lei ha detto di sì. Ho detto che lo prenderemo e poi ha iniziato a essere amichevole e accomodante. SMH ...
