Mio marito ed io siamo entrambi disabili e Encore in Reading non ha fornito prelievi fiscali gratuiti quest'anno, ma ha dato il numero per VITA. Siamo andati a Pottstown in uno dei loro orari e giorni aperti e abbiamo ricevuto un aiuto straordinario nel processo in cui gli Stati Uniti dovevano compilare un mucchio di scartoffie per conto nostro e poi lasciare tutte le nostre informazioni fiscali a questi fantastici volontari. Avevano un arretrato di 2 settimane, quindi mi chiameranno quando tornerò indietro per firmare un mucchio di documenti e invieranno le nostre tasse all'IRS. Senza persone e luoghi come questo le generazioni più anziane e disabili che hanno bisogno di aiuto non avrebbero nessun posto dove andare. Ringrazia il Signore per i servizi alla famiglia. Erano tutti così gentili e disponibili. Personale assolutamente professionale. Spero di poterci tornare l'anno prossimo. Continuate così.

È stata la peggiore esperienza di sempre. Non riescono a mantenere il personale lì e l'assistente sociale che avevo lì non aveva idea di cosa stesse facendo. Sono un diabetico e ho chiesto alla mia assistente sociale dei buoni pasto e lei ha detto che sarebbe stata qui per darmi qualcosa che non aveva mai sentito dalla sua chiamata Elizabeth e sembrava che nemmeno a lei importasse. Non consiglio a nessuno di andare qui, non sono all'altezza del loro nome.

È un ottimo posto per ricevere aiuto nelle situazioni quotidiane. Mi hanno aiutato con le tasse.
