Qualche giorno fa ho usato le piscine insieme a mio figlio. Sì, molte attrazioni e un bel posto per i bambini, ma siamo stati accolti con una sorpresa molto spiacevole. Mentre giocava in piscina, fuori, la figlia stava su un pezzo di tegola appuntita che si trovava sul fondo della piscina, tagliando il piede in due punti. Dopo aver segnalato la situazione in biglietteria e chiesto di vestirci, siamo stati indirizzati al piano terra. Lì si è scoperto che non c'è nessuno, sia in ufficio che alla reception. Dopo una dozzina di minuti siamo tornati ai registratori di cassa chiedendo se qualcuno poteva occuparsi di questa faccenda. Il giorno successivo ho provato a contattare il decisore in merito alla situazione, ma sono stato informato che il direttore non è sul posto. È inaccettabile che in un complesso così grande, con un numero così elevato di persone che lo utilizzano, le piscine non siano state sottoposte a controlli di sicurezza.
PS. Sono molto curioso di sapere se, a seguito della mia notifica di questa situazione, siano state eseguite procedure appropriate per garantire la sicurezza degli utenti della piscina.
