TradottoServizio scadente. Da più di 10 settimane un Polar Ignite in riparazione dal 10 marzo 2020 che aveva meno di 3 settimane. L'Ignite misura completamente diversa dall'M430 nella stessa formazione. Molto strano. Nessuna comunicazione a meno che non pubblichi qualcosa su Facebook. Un nuovo orologio, vecchio di 3 settimane e ancora nessuna soluzione, nessun nuovo orologio, nessun rimborso, nessun feedback. Appena accessibile per telefono. Chatta solo con risposte standard.
TradottoMolto deluso dal marchio Polar, pensavo di aver fatto un buon investimento in un modello di punta 6 anni fa, purtroppo si è rotto dopo circa 2 anni e ho avuto la possibilità di acquistare un upgrade del V800 a una tariffa ridotta. Dopo un buon anno anche i problemi con questo dove lo strato adesivo tra lo schermo e l'hardware si è allentato. Grande aiuto e ho ricevuto un modello sostitutivo. Ora allo stesso problema da circa 3 anni, ancora una volta la colla si stacca tra lo schermo e l'hardware, in modo che l'umidità possa entrare. Certo è vero che la garanzia ufficiale è terminata, ma per un orologio da 500/600 euro dovresti aspettarti di non durare in media due anni con esso. I dipendenti del servizio clienti fanno del loro meglio, ma la qualità di Polar lascia molto a desiderare
