Durante il tour, sono stato introdotto e lasciato solo in un corridoio per 40 minuti, mi è stato detto che qualcuno sarebbe stato con me "momentaneamente". Lo stesso uomo è tornato e mi ha fatto fare un giro. Le informazioni fornite erano in conflitto con le domande che avevo già fatto al telefono. La struttura era sporca e aveva un odore terribile. La stanza del bambino era nel caos. Ho chiesto di terminare il tour dopo aver osservato 2 bambini che colpivano altri bambini con dei bastoni mentre il personale rimaneva seduto di fronte completamente ignaro. Anche l'ulteriore scavo nel registro pubblico delle violazioni statali si è rivelato molto preoccupante. Sgomento.

Il personale qui è poco professionale e inappropriato. Mia figlia ha frequentato qui per quasi due anni e la loro valutazione di "accreditamento a 5 stelle" è fuorviante! Mio marito ed io abbiamo cercato di ignorare molti problemi inquietanti, ma ora abbiamo raggiunto un punto in cui non possiamo più trovare scuse. Gli insegnanti urlano ai bambini. La direzione sembra molto falsa e ti mentirà in faccia sugli incidenti che si sono verificati. Il personale è libero di uscire con i genitori. Gli insegnanti preferiscono socializzare mentre i bambini vengono ignorati e feriti. Siamo oltremodo delusi.
