Un altro progetto che hanno fatto a Calgary (Sierra Gardens) in cui ho investito è stato un disastro totale: hanno sostituito il tetto tramite una società locale meno di 10 anni fa e ora il tetto deve essere sostituito ANCORA a causa di una lavorazione scadente che costa ciascuno proprietario dell'unità circa $ 10 000! La parte migliore è ... l'azienda originale che ha svolto il lavoro non è più in attività!
