Abbiamo iniziato a lavorare con Platinum One LLC di Brookfield, WI un anno dopo l'apertura del nostro negozio. Platinum One LLC offre servizi di programmi di pagamento interni, tuttavia NON fornisce l'attrezzatura necessaria per elaborare tali transazioni. Invece, ci hanno organizzato con questa società senza valore (Northern Leasing Systems, NY) per noleggiare apparecchiature POS. In quanto società separata, dovevamo pagare commissioni diverse. Inizialmente abbiamo concordato $ 109 al mese per i prossimi quattro anni. MA, ovviamente, non hanno menzionato che l'assicurazione, le tasse, le spese di fatturazione E una quota annuale non erano incluse nell'importo concordato. Questi costi aggiuntivi hanno aumentato il mio pagamento mensile a $ 140, per un totale di $ 6.720 dopo il periodo di quattro anni. Questo, ovviamente, ha comportato la nostra incapacità di fare qualsiasi uso dell'attrezzatura POS. Ho deciso di annullare i servizi con Platinum One LLC, poiché non erano di alcun servizio per i miei clienti o per me. Quando ho chiesto a James (CEO / proprietario) cosa avrei dovuto fare per l'attrezzatura inutilizzata, in pratica hanno detto: "Non è un nostro problema". Inutile dire che abbiamo preso provvedimenti contro questa società. Abbiamo assunto un avvocato per circa $ 1.500 e alla fine ci siamo pentiti anche di questo. L'avvocato non è stato molto disponibile e non è stato in grado di ottenere ciò che volevamo.

Dal momento che James non è stato in grado di aiutare ed ha evitato tutte le mie telefonate ed e-mail, sto scrivendo questa recensione per Jame's per capire che approfittare delle piccole imprese negli Stati Uniti è semplicemente sbagliato.

Sono bugiardi, ladri e ti fotteranno lentamente mentre li paghi per farlo.
